Previous and Current research
Since January 2010 he has work experience at the Department of Epidemiology of the Mario Negri Institute of Milan. In the period from September 2010 to February 2011 he worked on the “EDEN Fragrance Study” for the Centro Studi GISED, Bergamo.
His main field of interest is in pharmacoepidemiology. In particular, he is focused on record linkage and data analysis using administrative datasets (“File F” registry, regional discharge database, regional outpatient procedure database, regional outpatient drug prescription database and Registry Office records) to evaluate appropriateness, safety and efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs.
His PhD is focused on methods to manage measurement errors and unmeasured confounding in pharmacoepidemiological studies.
Current PhD student in Public Health, University of Milano-Bicocca.
